A small team with big ideas
Brendan Moran
Brendan set up DELTA-V because he wanted to help innovators innovate. He is an expert in EU policy, politics, and processes and advises clients on public affairs campaigns and regulatory to-market strategies.
Brendan has worked with startups and large companies across the board, including in agritech, biotech, cleantech, spacetech and many more sectors.
Brendan has been at the forefront of refining data science methods to inform EU public affairs strategy development and execution. You can read more about how his models have shaped campaigns on DELTA-V’s blog.
He is a sincere believer in Europe’s untapped potential. One of the things he’s most proud of is joining EU-wide, grassroots movement from day one to make Europe more attractive for incorporating, scaling, and exiting a business.
Giulia Vanotti
Giulia works at the intersection of EU public affairs and real-world advocacy, combining policy insight with hands-on campaigning experience. A natural operator, she honed her skills in Rome, driving stakeholder engagement campaigns for NGOs and grassroots organisations.
At DELTA-V, among other initiatives, Giulia leads on security and cybersecurity projects – an interest she developed during an exchange at the University of British Columbia in Canada – to add a global lens to DELTA-V’s EU work.
Giulia’s academic background fuses analytical and applied approaches. As part of her MSc in European Public Affairs at Maastricht University, she developed an EU advocacy plan for a multinational company with a €70 billion in annual turnover.
A passionate believer in the social power of innovation, Giulia strives to make Europe’s green and digital transitions socially fair and politically feasible.
